We offer bespoke workshops and courses for young people. Clare Donegan has worked extensively with young people for over a decade. The courses she delivers are all tailor made and are based on the adult’s key programme: The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R).
The courses are 4, 6 and 8 weeks in duration and usually delivered for 45- 60mins per week. The programmes are engaging, fun and stimulating for young people and include mindful movement and creative engagement. The key themes covered are: building resilience, self- care, managing emotions and
maintaining healthy relationships.
The key benefits of these programmes include Increased awareness and concentration, discovering new ways to cope more effectively with existing conditions and learning to take better care of oneself.
